In order to ensure the highest quality and precision of our manufactured products, VSystem has a climate-controlled inspection room where a GOM 3D optical scanning system has been installed.
This device, which works by using interference fringes technology, allows making dimensional inspections with high accuracy as well as reverse engineering activities for obtaining mathematical reference models.
All our products are inspected with 100% frequency and we can provide our customer with complete dimensional reports or .stl files of the parts.
In addition to the optical scanner, in our testing department we have an ultrasonic thickness gauge for the control of hydroformed pieces and many other classic instruments such as gauges, micrometers and altimeters that can be used to certify the conformity of all our manufactured products.
