Upon the client’s request, we are able to produce and apply different kind of thermal insulations to our exhaust systems and similar heat resistant components. We can purpose different kind of insulations like integral ones, shielding plates, or removable shells, including all the tooling needed for manufacturing them.
Our thermal protections are developed using silica based ceramic papers and heat resistant tissues of different thicknesses and density; the outer shells can be made of stainless steel, Inconel 625 or CP titanium embossed foils.
Should the usage of microporous material be requested, VSystem has a consolidated partnership with several international and Italian companies who are specialists in providing these types of insulations.
