Our staff members working in welding department have many years of experience in TIG welding of exhaust systems and other precision parts;
all of them own the welder approval certification according to EN ISO standards for joining different types of material like stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and nickel-based alloys.
In addition to conventional manual welding, we can also offer circular and linear semi-automatic welding, as well as butt joints made with orbital tig system (closed fusion weld head).
In particular, this technology gives excellent results in terms of welds quality, is fast, repeatable and allows the recording of the actual welding parameters, which can be eventually supplied to the customer.
In the case of welding highly-reactive alloys, such as magnesium or titanium, we are able to weld the joints using inert atmosphere cabinet, which prevent oxidation and discoloration in the welded area.
The controlled atmosphere used in the chamber can be pure argon or a mixture of argon/helium and we are able to control and certify the quality of the inert gases using an oxygen analyzer.
