How does the process work?
In VSystem a fully equipped metallurgical laboratory is available, where we can perform sample preparation for macrographic and micrographic inspections of our components, as well as related microhardness profiles.
This department makes us perfectly autonomous in the compilation of WPS (Welding Procedures Specification) and all the documentation necessary for the qualification of our welding processes.
The periodic analysis of the welds we perform, the study of their quality and resistance characteristics allows us to collect important data and to constantly improve our production processes.
