Over the years, VSystem has developed a consolidated experience in using and processing of various heat resistant special alloys. Within our automatic warehouse we have on stock a wide selection of special materials in the form of sheet metal or tube; the range of thicknesses with which we normally operate varies between 0,4 and 1,5 mm.
The special alloys always available on stock are:
Inconel 625 LCF
Inconel 718
Alpha titanium alloys with high oxidation resistance (trademarks alloys)
Ti Grade 2, Grade 5, Grade 9.
Austenitic stainless steel AISI 310, 309, 304
We can also provide our customers with technical support in the definition and execution of customized vacuum heat treatment cycles which are made at our subsidiary company AMT s.r.l. located in Soliera (MO).
AMT owns nr. 2 vacuum units for performing solution treatments, gas quenching, ageing and stress relief thermal cycle and also one oven for titanium water quenching.
